This 19th century cottage retains period features, but has been refurbished to include all modern conveniences and is newly carpeted throughout.
It is set in a very quiet location in the conservation area, approx. 500 yards from the shops and many pubs, restaurants and cafés in the town centre.
Free parking with a permit is approx. 200 yards. TV's with DVD and Wifi provided and gas central heating. Adjacent outbuilding with drying area with washer/dryer, and outdoor table and chairs.

Other Notes
Please let me know before you arrive how you would like the beds arranged, as both bedrooms can either be a double or two singles.
A cot and stair gates are available but please let me know in advance.
Sitting Room
Victorian feature fireplace, with pine cupboard to either side, painted brick wall, 2 seat sofa, 2 armchairs and a footstool TV/DVD and Wifi.
Dining Room
Pine six seater dining table and chairs, some original wood panelling, small washstand with local guides and games, feature fireplace with under stairs cupboard with hoover, iron etc.
Kitchen
Electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave, gas boiler and carbon monoxide and heat alarm.
Bedroom one
Feature fireplace, walk in hanging cupboard, TV with DVD player. Kingsize zip/like beds (can be two singles) bedside tables and small chest of drawers.
Bedroom Two
2x single beds can be one KIngsize if required, bedside tables and small chest of draws.
Bathroom
Wood effect flooring, bath with hand held shower, and also rain shower over the bath, heater towel rail.
Garden
Small courtyard garden, with garden furniture, Outhouse with drying area, washer/dryer and butler sink and garden furniture.
Parking
Parking. Permit provided for on street or nearby Gazen Salts car park.
